So I played a crap load for about the first 10 days this month.  After that i got absolutely no volume lol.  I ended up kicking it up a notch after xmas and actaully cleared teh 40k on the year so im pretty stoked about that.

My new(ish) dodge charger just got a scrap on the back bumper not totally sure how it happened pretty pissed about that but overal in a  great mood.

Hopefully ill get back and update hte blog with dec results and some yearly pics etc.

O and my stupid dell 30" was stupposed to be here yesterday at the latest still waiting for that.... stupid xmas shipping.

As one might expect after having the biggest day ever ive been losing :). Its pretty much to be expected. I'm pretty much down to under a buck per sng but thats not to bad considering im playing a lot higher levels then im used to and a lot of ultra turbos.

I have pretty much given up on cash due to sngs filling so much faster. I load up some cash at the start of sets but just really not into it obv because i got owned at it. Cash is still a fun thing to play and ill be doing so here and there but sngs are filling so well now at ap its just not overly worth it.

I'm around 30th on the race cards on ap really just hoping to stay in there at top 50 which should be fiarly easy and net me an extra 750 or so.

I have put in way way more volume then i have been. Basically this is by far the most ive played in one week since maybe one of the last sng madness'. So far profits from play are kinda meh but between bonus rakeback and all the other stuff its going well.

Plus i snuck in at 10th on mid stakes leaderboard i have done very well there cashing in most of the leaderbaords however that will be a lot harder after the merger with ub but the added players is so worth it.

Partly due to being lazy partly due to buying a car got me a 06 dodge charger rt with the hemi having fun with that.

I have was fairly successful on SNGs ran at 8.5ROI avg buy in of 52$ for 2602 profits. I failed on cash this month... -1075 over 11890 hands... dropped 6bb/100. lost a little more somewhere

All in all very decent month I gave up on cash for the most part.  I started off the month playing a lot more cash tables then i did all last month and dropped money fast....  So i quickly lowered it back down and broke about even.  SNG's went well and the 40-100s are fill much faster now that ub and ap have finnally merged....  Still slow though.

All in all im trying to get some more mtt in but i suck at it and they seem to have removed the 2 50+5's i had been buying into or got rid of them for now.

Need to find someone that knows cash well to talk to so i can improve my game cuz i just suck at it i guess.  I will still plug away at it however 1-2 tabling it.

As for Dec im going to be traveling so i will most likely miss my goals again... But here they are

Up's and downs

Well I've been very up and down lately i dropped near 4k last week.... was absolutly brutal.  This week has started out very well im almost back to up from play thank god for bonus'.  Also been looking at cars lately.  I have pretty much decided on either the chrysler 300 or dodge charger.   I really like the 300 more i think however i also like the bigger engine and it seems easier to find a cheaper charger with the hemi then a 300.   But anyways hopefully ill have one of those picked out here by the end of the week.

shit happens

So i end up dropping like 800 on cash saterday...... had a pretty good day of sngs so didnt really lose much money.

However.... I ended up breaking my phone (pretty much crushed the screen in my hand when i was pissed off losing...... im an idiot) DONT TEXT AND PLAY POKER.

On top of that my 2nd 20inch monitor crapped out on me fucking cheap as samsung's.... So ill probably be buying a dell 3007 30" to go with my other dell 20" I have wanted one for ever but had a hard time justifying it due to already having 2 20" would have basically just wasted at least one of hte 20s for sure. Not overly sure if ill get one used or not you get a 3 year warranty with the used ones so its not to bad will most likely depend on if dell lowers the price down to like 1200 from 1400 again like they do often.

My car is also crapping out but that has been happening forever because im a cheap bastard and havent bought a new one for several years. So ill be looking at new cars a lot of 08s are pretty cheap at the moment and a few decent prices on some 09s too. But ill most likely just get something a little older as i am a cheap bastard.

november

Well going to set a kinda knew goal since im playing a mix of cash and sngs.  My goal will be to earn another 12000 fame points and generate at least 1k rakeback for me.  I'm hopeing to get at least around 600 sngs in less because im going to concentrait on teh 40-50-65 level a little more and not fill with as many 20s instead filling with some cash tables.  So if i only get around 600 sngs ill be looking to get in 25000 cash hands or so im hoping.

I also am going to try to be playing a lot more often for then 10k garanteed every day 50+5 tourny.  It is a pretty good MTT fairly small which i like small on ap's blind structure it is pretty slow.

Obviously my main goal is profits so hopefully I can play good and have that happen :).

On a side note after actually getting back to playing poker and haven a good month I only need to avg 5k next to months which is doable for my 40k on the year,

oct biggest month

Because of all the bonus money i made this month i had my biggest month ever.

All in all was a nice month put in decent volume nothing amazing or anything.  Ended up doing 870 SNGs plus 12700 cash.  Ended up about 9 Roi on the month and 5.7 per 100.   Ran better on cash then that but basically i only got 500 1-2 hands in and ran kk into aa and kk lost to qq kk/qq hand was all in pf of course.  Those where both on 1-2 for about 500-600 total..

Well im still a touch under pace for 1k sng's im over my pace of 10k cash hands though. running fairly well roi up to 10 around where I hope it to be.

also got 4th or 4th-10th on mid stakes leader board so that will be a nice little bonus again.

The leader boards have been going fairly well for me which is helping a lot to make money.

Been playing a decent amount

Havent played a lot but playing a decent amount of poker.  As anyone knows its hard to grind a lot of poker breaking even.  Today had my first biggish day in awhile +500-600 was really nice to get one of those in.

I've cleared 366 SNGs not bad on a decent pace nothing massive.   Running at a crappy 2.48 roi...

Cash has been going fairly well nothing great mainly due to a few bad calls/plays here and there which are bound to happen specially since its been so long since ive played a lot of cash.

Im just playing .5-1 dollar nl full ring up few 100 about 5k hands in 

hopeing to get at least 10k cash hands and 1k sngs in by the end of the month

Well i forgot to put a post about oct goals but the good news is im actually playing poker.

Ap has basically a rakerace this month so I'm going to play a lot at least for awhile hopefully full month.  If im not in top 100 after a week or 2 I'm sure ill go back to slacking off but we shall see.

Also have the rakerace on  TITN so hopefully i can make myself play this month and make some extra cash.  Speaking of cash I'm playing some full ring NL probably going to try playing a couple tables of that while im running some SNGs.

Well for actual goals I WILL PLAY 1k sngs this month and i will make dimond level on ap.....

This will happen :) already off to a great start so just need to not slack to hard.

Well i slacked off almost all month again got 230 sngs in lol + others not tracked probably around 50.

made a couple grand so all in all not bad

Overall was just another lazy month im starting to work out again and i played a lot last 2 days after i noticed how incredably crappy the volume im putting in is.

Haven't been playing

I haven't been updating my blog because i've just been being lazy enjoying life. I had been grinding poker A LOT for a long time with out doing much else. So I have just not been playing i didnt play much at all last month and have played very little this month. I am starting to play a little again will hopefully get back into the flow of poker.

On a side note I have gotten a decent amount of golf in (still suck) and my friends wedding went fairly well too all though my best man speak sucked.

All in all i have just been anjoying life and ill get back to the flow of poker here soon.

And really i have never needed more then 20-30k a year to live I have always lived fairly poor and I was already approaching that so i figured i would be lazy and stop stressing over poker.

June/July

Well i had a very crappy month spent the entire month down/break even.

Played 800ish SNGs did well on fulltilt which was wierd got crushed and abused on ap.

Did to a lot of golfing, played hoopfest, and overall had a fun month which is good.


July- Need to get a lot of poker in will most likely be trying to get at near 40 hours a week in like i am always trying to force myself to do lol. I am actually behind pace a little ( only needed to make like 1k last month) for my 40k year. And really I just need to settle down and play good poker not let the early bad beats tilt for a bit.

Anyways got that mid year bonus on full tilt so hopefully i dont get abused playing there like i usually do and hopefully i can make some money on ap.

O ya not sure about the new vip system ap put in seems worse than before although havent reallly looked at it.

So just like last month i have been down so far for the whole month..... I am running around -15roi on all levels on AP which is really hard to do. I am actually winning on FTP on the regs which i decided to try a little more of to get the mid year bonus. So far that has worked well.

I know that i am playing fairly well I just need to keep putting in the volume.

Anyways off to go golf today and most likely watch the strikeforce card on showtime later.

So pretty much like every month the only goal that matters is profit. My second main goal is the 10k vips for elite. Already off to a bad start because i haven't played yet.

I will most likely start to play more MTT on ap instead of some of the 180 and 45 man SNGs on other sites. I'm not a fan of the overly slow set up ap uses for MTT but they are still good MTT's.

Another goal is to start playing a few 100s will most likely start mixing them in a little when i see them filling.

May

Well i took yesterday off and im going to take today off(most likely). I had a pretty good May although started crappy it ended fairly well. Finally got to playing good poker. Since i decided to take last 2 days off i didnt get my 10k vip's at ap but i did become elite and play a crap load of poker.

dropped like 400 on bodog from sngs dont know how many i played was brutal though
ap was nice to me




All in all was a solid month first half was still struggling i dropped down to 30-40s for first part of the month. Then the 65-50s where filling very slow so still played a bunch of 30s.


For the most part I am very happy with the month would have liked to have gotten in a slight bit more volume but whatever

mental barrier

Well i was looking threw my poker roll (haven't really done that much lately). Basically i was about to try playing the 100s when i hit my big down swing/break even point last month. I have basically recovered sill not playing perfect but far far better. I've had a decent month and have been thinking of moving up usually what i always did in the past was when i hit 100buy ins for the next level i moved up.

I have well over 100 buy ins for the 100s and yet for some reason i still have not been playing them. In the past i have always raised my stake very slow its just my nature. (I am a cheap bastard).

Well anyways i will most likely start mixing in a few 100s here and there either this week or in the next few to come. This will make maintaining elite status on ap a lot easier if i can start playing good. Also might look into swapping some HH with some people seeing if i can learn a few things. I have always sucked at studying poker and usually just leach info my friends learn.

Well im still even for the month.... But i have been playing much better. At the moment Im mostly down due to 45 man down swing which those can obviously be massive because if you arent getting firsts you aren't going to make money.

I have been doing very well on cake losing on ap still but that is getting better too.

AS soon as i correct my 45 mans or ap should be doing good.

My play has slacked off took one day off driving to the portland vancouver area and a little time off just being lazy with my friends down here. Overall i have been still getting in volume but i'm going to be putting in some massive hours starting sunday here need to get back on pace for 10k vip points .

Well I'm doing a decent job of putting in the volume that i would like. I am still on pace for over 1k full ring SNG with a bunch of 45 man SNG's and some 6max also.

I'm not in freefall any more just breaking even which is far better lol.

Im also getting far better at guitar hero 3 then i ever wanted.

Of the 4 i have played today i lost 3 of them bubbling on 3 outters. other i ran qq into aa.

Ah a fresh start

I am going to play a lot of poker i have failed every single month so far to even play 1k SNGs although i played almost 1k counting 45man and 180man SNGs last month.

Basically this sucked hard and really put a hole into makeing my 40 for the year which should still be easily doable......

I am down a little over 4k since the 21st by far the worst down swing i have ever had not in buy ins but in total money. This is basically my first real big down swing since i even moved up to the 40s let alone the 65s.

On top of all this i had just moved about 3k to epass before it pulled out of the gambling market so my ap account is near busto. I will most likely play only 40s here i had planed to not move down off the 65s till after i had busted my account but i might just move down anyways.

The Grind

Well after Friday i haven't really been playing much poker. Did a bunch of crap with a friend on saterday i hadn't seen forever. Then went golfing and spent time with my parents and brother on sunday was a good relaxing time. Most likely i really needed this because of how bad i have been playing.

Well anyways back to the grind today and hopefully for awhile I have had a very bad month so hopefully i will be playing a ton of poker the following weeks.

Losing

Well untill yesterday poker had pretty much been break even dropped like 1200 or so yesterday was pretty brutal. So i've been thinking on how bad i've been playing this month and it just pisses me off. Basically i'm playing like utter and total crap and on top of that running like shit too.

Anyways I'm back to up from play so far after today making a nice like .05 per SNG this month or so.

But anyways going to work on not playing poker like a total and complete donk and try and be only a little fish out there and see if i can maybe make some money.

Also went and played a live SNG with some friends basically played 3 hands JJ vs A9 all in on the 89T board and KJ losing to QJ on the JJ river Q board and lost AA to K6ish suited all in pf. But o well it was fun and we where just playing 10 buy in i basically got to practice some dealing lol

So hey i haven't been playing nearly the amount of poker i want to be playing. I've also been busy breaking even over my last 500 or so which always seems to lower the amount i play.

On top of all that im really happy i just got my epassporte card mailed today should be getting that in 2 weeks FAN FUCKING TASTIC.

Well my month is pretty much done heading to LA tom. I only got like 500-600 SNGs in at almost 1k cash... Not nearly what i wanted to get in also only made like 3.5-4k but thats not to shabby and anuff money for me.

The 45 mans caught up with me i've lost like 40 in a row lol down to like 15 roi on those so they can basically kiss my ass. Not overly sure how many of those i will keep playing i had been playing them to clear a FTP bonus that i got. Will most likely go back to doing mostly SNGs on AP and probably some cake ones too when i can get those to fill.

Well I'll be back hopefully to own some tables few days into April. Hopefully I wont blow to much money on cash and MTT in vegas.

been taking it easy

Well i haven't been playing very much lately took several days off was nice.

Basically was on perma tilt for some reason could be im on a 30 day almost break even streak on ap(of course this was following running like 30 roi for 2 weeks so its just evening things out).

The nice thing is that i have been winning on FTP on the 45man SNGs. It really has been a nice change of pace to play these and im still winning fairly well on them.

Ugh

I am tilting so fucking bad right now don't know why. According to several programs i am getting royally screwed but i'm up for the month and not winning at a bad rate at all.

And yet i want to kill something.

Just like yesterday i only played like 6-7 hours and it felt like i played for 16.

I grinded to much today

put in 53 SNGs on AP a lot of regulars because i didnt feel like playing with 5 other grinders.

Also got another 16 45 man SNGs in on FTP which those are still going very well still holding over a 65 ROI on those.

All in all had a great day of poker made good money blah blah and am just tired

So anyways i was reading how vers played 130-180man SNG's on stars and ran like god

So therefor i figured i would try some of the 45 man SNG's on FTP and i have ran like god :)


so far i love them ive played only 11 at a 198 ROI lol +567

This is only a small sample and obviously i am running good but for how long these take to play to make up for the money i can make playing turbos i figure i only need to hold like say a 20 roi because i suck so bad at FTP turbos.

Well for march ill be going to LA and then onto Vegas at the end and start of April.

So with that said im going to work on playing around 1k SNG and 2k omaha might move up to 50pl soon most likely at some point this month.
